Position Summary

As Talent Attraction Intern you will be responsible for creating relevant content for internal and external purposes to attract the best talents on the market. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Talent Attraction Team Lead to develop and execute content strategies for our online channels and create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, career sites and internal communication purposes. You will manage your own sub-projects, contribute with creative ideas and further develop our Employer Brand.

A Day in the Life of a Talent Attraction Intern

• Plan and create creative content in the form of testimonials, graphics, photos and videos, including planning and execution of photo and video shoots aligned with Nestlé brand guidelines for social media
• Create engaging story boards, edit video clips, graphics and photos aligned with Nestlé brand guidelines
• Support the team with the creation of branded marketing material including flyers, posters, newsletters and digital content tailored to students and graduates
• Conduct quality checks on our job advertisements and create new texts when needed
• Support the Talent Attraction Team in developing and deploying engagement strategies for relevant talent
• Support in the creation of assets for internal purposes such as presentations, best practice guides, internal communication, and documents relevant for recruitment purposes
• Collaborate with the whole Talent Acquisition Team on different projects to ensure an outstanding candidate experience in our recruitment journey

What will make you successful

• Currently enrolled or freshly graduated in the field of (digital) communication, (digital) marketing, social media, media informatics or equivalent
• First experience in content creation (text, image, video)
• First experience with tools such as Premier Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva or equivalent
• At ease with social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn, with a passion for posting and generating new ideas
• Fluent in English is a must, German and French is a plus
