Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics. The Intern Human Resources for Cytiva is responsible for supporting the HR Team in all administrative tasks and keeping up to date the job descriptions.

This position is part of the Human Resources located in Signy and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Discovering & providing support in the administrative management of the employee lifecycle.
• Assisting in the monitoring of our time and attendance management system.
• Collaborating with HR team members to gather information necessary for the creation and updating of job descriptions.
• Handling spontaneous applications and candidate inquiries.

Who you are:

• Student in Human Resources or a related field (Bachelors or Masters degree)
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while being an excellent collaborator within a team
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and job description development
• Proficiency in office tools and word processing software
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar position or in the HR field is a plus.
