We’re looking for a Service Manager to:
- one entry point for UBS Branches and support for payments related topics within EMEA region
- functional responsibility for various business processes in national and international payment transactions
- Management Support in Reporting, Analysis and CTB projects, incl. CS Integration
- ongoing analysis and further development of processes and applications / tools
- active participation in various working groups and projects as well as support and training for operational units
- initialization and testing of system improvements in terms of quality, efficiency and risk

You will be working in the Global Payment Service Management Team in Opfikon. We are part of Global Payments, Cash and Liquidity Management & Banknotes and together we are responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the payment process and related systems (incl. customer service) as one of the core value chains in our company.We are functionally embedded in the P&C organization which implies alignment based on the scope of any initiative or change. Aligned with the overall strategy of the bank, our area has embarked in multi-year key initiatives geared towards F2B automation and digitalization.

Your expertise
- a university degree and / or several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in payments and / or operations
- profound knowledge of payment processes and transactions would be an advantage
- very good written and spoken German and English skills
- exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- very good analytical and conceptual skills
- quick comprehension, solution-oriented and able to work on several topics at the same time
- project Management experience is a plus
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
