Field Service Technician

Mission

Your role:

• Perform on-site installation of Veritys system following established procedures.
• Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure that systems work as expected.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide continuous feedback on processes, tools and documentation.
• Travel internationally up to 100% of the time, and be available to work nights and weekends during these trips.

Your experience:

• Technical certifications, vocational training, or relevant experience in installing integrated systems (hardware and software).
• General computer proficiency, with familiarity with Linux environments and basic terminal commands being a plus. knowledge of network equipment setup is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Adaptability to dynamic work environments, schedules, and unexpected challenges.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Possession of a valid driving license and readiness for international travel.
