Unter dem Namen BâleHotels werden die fünf Hotels Pullman Basel Europe, Hotel Victoria, Hotel Baslertor, Hotel Savoy und Hotel Märthof geführt. Das charmante, stilvolle Boutique Hotel „Märthof“ am Markplatz mit 68 einzigartigen Zimmer wurde im Juli 2021 eröffnet, an bester Lage inmitten der historischen Altstadt von Basel mit Blick auf den Markplatz. Aufgaben
Zusammen mit Ihrem Team sind Sie für den reibungslosen Ablauf an der Rezeption zuständig. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:
- Check-In und Check-Out
- Gästebetreuung und Concierge-Tätigkeiten
- Aktiver Zusatzverkauf
- Telefondienst
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung individueller Reservierungen
- Gästekorrespondenz
- Diverse administrative Aufgaben
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und erste Erfahrung an der Rezeption von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch- und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Französisch-Kenntnisse und Opera Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Zuverlässig, teamfähig, flexibel, belastbar mit offenem Auftreten
- Motivation, Leidenschaft für den Beruf und Freude an der Arbeit
- Gepflegte Erscheinung, gute Umgangsformen
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft auch an den Wochenenden und Feiertagen
