Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterricht mit individuellen Förderzielen im Einzel- und Gruppensetting
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für die Prozesse der Förderplanung
  • Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Behandlungsteam (Medizin, Psychologie, Pflege, Sozialpädagogik, Sozialdienst und Spezialtherapien)
  • Mitgestaltung von Themen- und Projekttagen während der Schulferien

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben die Lehrberechtigung für die Sekundarstufe 1 des Kantons Zürich
  • Sie sind kreativ, geistig beweglich und stark in individuell ausgerichteten Lehr- und Lernformen
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und erachten die Zusammenarbeit als Gewinn
  • Ihr Interesse für Lernprozesse und Jugendliche ist lebendig und echt
