Your role

As a Topic Area Owner, you will coordinate the onboarding of new applications, products and processes and ensure that our Banking Support in the Advisor Service Centre (ASC) is ready for go-live. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge articles. You will also work on the optimization and automation of processes and workflows and drive and support internal projects. You will utilize your banking knowledge and technical understanding in a targeted manner. If you are looking for exciting tasks and a new challenge, then apply to us and become part of our team!

Your team

The Change the Bank (CtB) team within Advisor Service Centre (ASC) coordinates and drives change activities and projects, focusing on business management and process efficiency and the onboarding of new applications, products and processes. In addition to these tasks, the team creates and maintains the support pages and knowledge articles for our internal customers.

Your expertise

  • interest in and knowledge of banking
  • technical understanding and affinity for digitalization and automation
  • enthusiasm for the use of new tools, media and channels
  • independent, efficient and solution-orientated way of working
  • communicative, collegial and empathetic nature
  • good knowledge of German and English paired with a confident communication style
  • Project management skills are an advantage
