To complete its nursing team, the Clinic Les Alpes is looking to recruit a nurse. In an exceptional setting, Clinic Les Alpes is a private care facility whose mission is to support individuals from around the world suffering from dependency issues with or without substances as well as presenting mental health issues (trauma, depression, stress, burnout, anxiety, etc.). Nurse 80 to 100% Start date: immediately Reporting to the head nurse, the essential responsibilities and duties of the Position include, but are not limited to: Main tasks: In a multidisciplinary approach, develop a personalized care plan Provide medical care to ensure continuity and quality of the care project Manage crises by providing an appropriate response while relying on available resources Create, strengthen, and maintain therapeutic relationships with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds AcUnternehmen individuals during therapeutic or medical outings or by ensuring fluid communication with various external parties while adhering to the therapeutic framework established for the context, sometimes requiring travel to develop projects with the head nurse and other departments for ongoing support or continuous support Actively participate in supervision activities (individual and team) Lead therapeutic groups and research: Degree X or a qualification deemed equivalent recognized by the authorities Languages spoken: French, English (spoken, written, and read) minimum B2 Experience in treatment and addiction or a willingness to train in these matters.
