CAPO PROGETTO CARPENTERIA LEGNO - DIREZIONE LAVORI

 

Requisiti:

• Pregressa esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione dei cantieri preferibilmente in ambito di carpenteria 
• Titolo di studio tecnico
• Esperienza nel contesto svizzero
• Conoscenza delle norme svizzere

 

Mansioni:

• Programmazione operativa e di condotta esecutiva dei lavori
• Rispettare budget e commessa
• Collegamento tra azienda e il committente
• Gestione efficace dei contatti con clienti e architetti
• Gestione complessiva del cantiere, incluse strutture e finitura, operai e fornitori
•  Responsabilità nella gestione tecnico – finanziaria dei cantieri
• Aggiornamento contratti, gestione finanziaria, conti e fatturazione
• Organizzazione e conduzione di riunioni di cantiere
• Gestione ordine materiali
• Esecuzione rilievi
• Garantire la sicurezza del cantiere
• Contabilità attiva e passiva
• Stesura consuntivo finale
