We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. Job Description

The job in brief:

Contract - Permanent - full-time (36 h/week)

What your impact will be:

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple tech projects, from shaping business requirements to deployment and post-launch monitoring, ensuring high-quality outcomes

Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, translate them into clear, actionable specifications, and facilitate seamless execution

Optimize teams workflows, managing boards to track progress, prioritize tasks, and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle

Drive the successful delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives, aligning execution with the Unternehmen roadmap, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely completion

Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, fostering strong communication, anticipating challenges, and proactively resolving roadblocks

Qualifications

Your expertise:

Proven track record in project management within technology-driven and e-commerce environments, delivering high-impact initiatives on time and within scope

Expertise in defining, structuring, and managing project requirements, development phases, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, effectively managing team boards for tracking progress, prioritization, and transparent reporting

Demonstrated curiosity, proactive problem-solving mindset, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in dynamic environments

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to international teams and stakeholders

Desirable:

Familiarity with monitoring tools and processes to ensure quality and performance post-deployment

Previous experience with the use of back office systems

Selection process steps*:

1st interview (Manager): soft skills + technical knowledge

Test step online or offline

2nd interview (Manager + team member): Test review

Only for senior roles: final meeting (30 mins) with the Director
