• Coordinate the annual training plan and oversee the deployment of learning initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and collective development activities, including leadership‑level interventions
• Support managers and teams in structuring and facilitating team meetings and development sessions
• Contribute to engagement activities, internal communication and cross‑functional HR initiatives
• Coordinate internal events related to people development and culture

We are seeking a professional who brings:

• 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or People Development
• Proven ability to design and facilitate workshops, including leadership and team‑based sessions
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• A structured, reliable, and hands‑on approach, with the ability to work in a transforming and fast‑moving environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work credibly with managers and senior stakeholders
• Experience within an international or multi‑entity organization is an asset

2 days of remote working per week.
