Nava Consulting est à la recherche de Coach en Pratiques de Développement Logiciel à Genève

Coach en Pratiques de Développement sera en charge de :

Diagnostiquer la maturité des équipes de développement
Accompagner les développeurs dans l’adoption des meilleures pratiques
Formaliser et diffuser des standards de développement
Animer des ateliers pratiques (TDD, revues de code, CI/CD, AppSec…)
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à la qualité logicielle

Formation :

Diplôme en informatique, génie logiciel ou équivalent

Compétences techniques primordiales :

Solide expertise en développement logiciel (Java, PHP ou Python)
Excellente maîtrise des bonnes pratiques (clean code, testing, CI/CD…)
Expérience en coaching technique / mentoring d’équipes IT
Bonne compréhension des enjeux qualité, dette technique et DevOps
Familiarité avec les métriques de performance (ex. DORA)

Excellentes capacités de communication
Posture de coach / facilitateur
Leadership naturel et pédagogie
Capacité à intervenir dans des environnements complexes
Esprit analytique et orientation amélioration continue

Profil recherché

We are hiring a Formateur Coach IT to join Nava Consulting SA on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will hold an Engineer degree, a Master’s degree, or a three-year university degree, and bring 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in the IT or telecommunications sector. You will be expected to demonstrate strong expertise in IT and mastery of digital tools, along with adaptability, training facilitation, technology watch, and skills assessment capabilities. Availability to start within 4 weeks is required.
