Reporting to the Object Management Directorate, you identify and develop project opportunities in your region by intervening from the earliest construction phases (SIA 1 to 4), in order to Position comprehensive solutions with high added value. You build and maintain a strong network with key market players (planners, architects, clients, general and total contractors), while analysing project potential to guide your commercial priorities. In close collaboration with internal teams, you support your contacts in designing suitable technical solutions, providing personalised advice and supporting the pre-study, design and tender phases. You thus Position yourself as a true technical partner. You ensure structured follow-up of your activity via a CRM, capture market trends and report strategic information internally. With a background in building technology, ideally complemented by higher education in sanitary or heating fields (certificate, federal diploma, ES or equivalent), you have proven experience in planning, project management and technical sales, gained within a design office or installation Unternehmen.
