Responsibilities

Manage technical and industrial projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, QC, Supply Chain, .

Monitor and control project progress (budget, planning, risk management, documentation, .

Ensure compliance with applicable GMP and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Act as point of contact between stakeholders and technical experts, facilitating efficient communication and decision-making.

Requirements:

Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, industrial, or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technical projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.

Solid understanding of GMP regulations and project documentation requirements.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Experience in working with external partners, suppliers, and subcontractors is a plus.

Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, is an asset.
