How you make a difference

• In this role, you work in Swiss Post Ltds M&A unit, which is part of the central finance department. Your focus is on acquisitions in the tech/SaaS sector.
• You are responsible for the entire transaction process, valuation and due diligence.
• You plan and coordinate the collaboration with our internal and external stakeholders, such as experts in the fields of law, auditing and tax.
• In addition, you are responsible for providing topic-specific advice to the business units, Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
• You represent Swiss Posts interests in M&A negotiations and in the projects you organize vis-à-vis the Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

What you have to offer

• You have a university degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on financial management or accounting. Further training, for example as a chartered financial accountant, is an advantage.
• Your experience from independently managing M&A projects in an investment bank, M&A boutique or auditing firm allows you to manage even complex projects quickly and independently.
• Your in-depth knowledge of accounting, creating financial models and company evaluations, and experience in M&A in the tech/SaaS sector set you apart.
• You have solid presentation skills and negotiating skills, you are a team player and complete your tasks efficiently even under pressure. Motivating yourself daily to achieve a high level of performance is second nature to you.
• You also have an excellent command of German and English. Solid knowledge of a second national language is a plus.
