Intern (w/m/x) - Project Quality

• You develop templates of standard PFMEA bricks correlated to standard process operations, guidelines, and training materials, incorporating industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize PFMEA processes across departments and projects, ensuring consistent application of risk assessment methodologies
• You review, analyze, and update process flow diagrams (PFDs) and control plans based on PFMEA findings and standardized risk assessment criteria
• You work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure alignment of control plans with identified failure modes and control measures
• You handle and monitor prototype non-conformities
• You maintain accurate documentation of PFMEA analyses, process flow diagrams, control plans, and improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• You support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and participating in audit activities related to PFMEA processes and quality systems

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (final year students may also be considered)
• You posses a strong understanding of PFMEA methodology, risk assessment techniques, process flow diagrams, and control plan development
• You have a knowledge of quality management principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and relevant quality standards
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and process mapping software
• You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making for process improvements
• You are known for your excellent communication skills, detail- orientation, and capability of managing multiple tasks concurrently within specified timelines
