Your role

Were looking for someone to:

• take ownership of high-quality reporting and communications, delivering focused, timely, consistent, and clear inputs.
• contribute to the Global Markets sales strategy for Global Wealth Management and Investment Banking by executing and tracking strategic priorities while maintaining the operational framework and risk governance in collaboration with our key stakeholders.
• drive and develop diverse (strategic) projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance our day-to-day operations.
• support the preparation of presentations for Senior Management and the business.

Our 6 month internship (starting end of June) is the perfect way to gain the work experience you need to launch your career. We offer flexible ways of working and commitments between 60-100%. While providing the chance to work with and learn from some of our specialists across the various products and divisions. You’ll not only experience the banking business from front to end, but also our diverse & inclusive workplace culture and activities that come with the global CS integration.

Your team

You will be part of a young & dynamic Global Markets IB COO Distribution team, based in Opfikon, Zurich. Positioned at the heart of the trading floor, our team supports both Global Markets Wealth Management and Investment Banking sales force in Switzerland and EMEA. Which provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure across both divisions. We work closely with senior stakeholders, control functions, Sales & Trading across the Markets. From day one, you’ll make a difference while gaining exposure to multiple parts of our organization, with the option to participate in desk rotations. Your expertise

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your masters degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• recently completed bachelor/master degree at a university or university of applied sciences, with economics or business administration background
• advanced English with excellent written & oral skills; fluency in other languages is preferred
• strong Microsoft Office skills i.e., Excel, Word and Power-Point.
• an open mind and can describe yourself as detail oriented, hard working and flexible team player
• ability to work accurately and independently in a fast paced, time-restricted and challenging environment

• analyse a problem, take a view and come to a conclusion
• plan, organize and communicate well
• be proactive, curious and make things happen
• stick with a task
• work well in a team
• come up with ideas
