For our client, we are looking for the following profile:
Tasks:
  • Management of the Customer support, coordinating the customer care and customer service via email and telephone
  • Italian marketplaces management (KPI Monitoring, Escalation customer claims)
  • Management of main website (navigational content and products) in support to country coordinator
  • Identification of new marketing channels for site promotion in support to country coordinator
  • Participation to the commercial, operational and administrative structure

Profile:

  • Knowledge of English(C1) and Italian (native)
  • 3 years experience in Customer Service B2B or B2C
  • Sales-focused attitude
  • Excellent PC use and writing speed
  • Optimal knowledge of the Office package
  • Continuous pursuit of personal and corporate improvement
  • Punctuality and reliability
