Die LANDI Aare Genossenschaft ist in den Bereichen Agrar- und Detailhandel sowie im Brenn- und Treibstoffgeschäft tätig. An den Standorten Worb, Belp, Wichtrach, Konolfingen, Kiesen, Gerzensee, Toffen, Walkringen und Niedermuhlern ist die LANDI Aare mit Agrar-Zentren, LANDI Läden, Volg Läden, TopShop und Tankstellen als regionales Unternehmen mit rund 120 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern am Markt präsent.

Für unseren neuen LANDI Laden Belp suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Grünbereichsleitung Stv. w/m/d.

Ihre Aufgaben

– Sie bedienen und beraten unsere Kunden
– Sie sind für die Führung des gesamten Grünbereichs in Stellvertretung zuständig
– Sie unterstützen das Team im LANDI Laden
– Sie helfen mit bei der Warenpräsentation und Lagerbewirtschaftung

Ihr Profil

– Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Grünbereich (Gärtner/in / Florist/in)
– Sie verfügen bereits über Verkaufserfahrung (LANDI-Erfahrung von Vorteil)
– Sie schätzen den Kontakt mit den Kunden
– Sie sind flexibel und belastbar
– Bereitschaft zur gezielten fachlichen Weiterbildung
