Job description

Biofuels Trader - Switzerland (Remote)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Biofuels Trader to join a leading renewable fuels producer based in Switzerland.

The Role:
  • Internationally source and distribute biofuels in Switzerland.
  • Negotiate pricing with both suppliers and clients and, organise related logistics.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with both company and industry standards.
  • Develop new strategies and monitor market opportunities in line with the commercial growth ambitions.
  • Provide accurate information and reports to various stakeholders within the business.

Required Experience:
  • University Degree in supply chain, economics or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fuel distribution and logistics.
  • Experience in the Swiss renewable fuels or renewable feedstock markets.
  • Knowledge of biofuels tax relief schemes and Swiss incentives is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, and German or French.
