How you make a difference

• In this role, you will work in Swiss Posts M&A department, which is part of the central finance function. Your focus is on acquisitions in the tech/SaaS sector.
• You are responsible for the entire transaction process on behalf of the acquiring division, including the coordination of Due Diligence and the preparation of the valuation.
• You plan and coordinate the collaboration with our internal stakeholders as well as external parties, such as lawyers, accountants and tax experts.
• In addition, you are responsible for providing specific advice to the business units, Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
• You represent Swiss Posts interests in M&A negotiations and present your projects to Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

What you have to offer

• You have a university degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on financial management or accounting. Further qualifications, for example as a chartered financial accountant, are an advantage.
• Your experience from independently managing M&A projects in an investment bank, M&A boutique or auditing firm allows you to manage even complex projects quickly and independently.
• Your in-depth knowledge of accounting, creating financial models and company valuations, as well as experience in tech/SaaS M&A sets you apart.
• You have solid presentation and negotiation skills, you are a team player and complete your tasks efficiently even under pressure. Self-motivation and high levels of performance forms part of your DNA.
• You have an excellent command of German and English. Solid knowledge of a second national language is a plus.
