Requirements

• University degree (physics, mathematics, or business administration with specialisation in insurance)
• Several years of experience in the insurance industry
• Additional leadership/management training desirable
• Very good German and English skills (C2), ideally French (B1)
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial and risk analysis
• Strong leadership and communication skills, negotiating skills, integrity

• You think strategically, act independently, and are decisive. Your networked thinking, innovative strength, and ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way set you apart. You have change management experience and a strong professional network.
