Position Summary

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED KITCHEN DESIGNER / SALESPERSON to join our showroom team.

Passionate about layouts, endowed with a solution-oriented and customer-oriented spirit, come join our team. You will be fully dedicated to our clients: reception by appointment, design, costing, and monitoring of new projects or renovations for a private clientele. The taking of appointments, the management of orders, and the logistics are under the responsibility of your colleagues.

Qualifications

Experience in the field of kitchen and interior layout.
Experience in sales and consulting techniques.
Ability to listen and analyze needs.
Ease with IT tools (knowledge of Winner is an asset).
Team spirit.
Excellent presentation and oral and written communication skills (fluency in English appreciated).
Enthusiastic, kind, flexible personality.

Responsibilities

Welcome, acUnternehmen, and advise clients.
Propose personalized, aesthetic, and technical solutions.
Create plans and 3D designs.
Cost and follow up on offers.
Negotiate and conclude the taking of orders.
Guarantee a quality customer experience.
Take measurements and advise clients at Home.
Actively contribute to the commercial development of the showroom (good maintenance of the exhibition, and highlighting of products).
Participate in factory and supplier visits.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Convey the image of quality and reliability of the Unternehmen.

Working Conditions

Activity rate 100% - 42 hours/week.
Presence on Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 – 1 free day during the week.
Salary over 13 months to be agreed upon according to experience.
Parking space available.
Start date: immediately or to be agreed upon.
