As Director of AI Services – AI Data, Governance and Attestation, you will drive the development and delivery of Assurance AI services (including AI data quality & AI model testing) across Switzerland. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of Assurance AI service offerings, building and scaling the team, and ensuring high‑quality delivery aligned with regulatory and ethical standards.

• 10+ years of working experience including a degree in Business, Technology/Data Science, Finance, Statistics or related field.
• Proven experience in AI model validation, data quality assurance, and risk management.
• Familiarity with data supply chain related initiatives to standardize and centralize data operations services such as those provided by shared services or center of excellence.
• Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in client‑facing roles, including proposal development and strategic account activation.
• External certifications in AI governance, ethics, or compliance.
• Experience working across multiple service lines within Assurance.
• Familiarity with centralized data operations and shared service models.
