Purpose / Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and market analysis. As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual brand plan, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
Prime Responsibilities /duties
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the annual brand marketing plan and calendar, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, tracking spends and measuring return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor and analyze brand and marketing performance; use>
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to support monthly campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of brand assets and marketing materials across both digital and traditional channels.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring synchronization of online and offline marketing calendars.
• Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to inform branding strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
• Supervise the performance of brand team members using KPI frameworks and provide monthly performance updates to the CMO.
• Champion brand consistency and compliance across all touchpoints and communications.
Experience
• 5 years of experience in brand management or related marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns.
• Proven experience in budget management and marketing ROI analysis.
• Deep knowledge of brand positioning, consumer insights, and market segmentation.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and creative projects.
• Strong background in integrated marketing communications.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Experience working with digital marketing and social media strategies is an advantage
• Experience in FMCG & QSR industry

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
