Overview

Your Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications Senior Manager to join our Corporate Communications team based out of the Unternehmen’s global headquarters in Geneva, Schweiz. Reporting into the VP Corporate Communications, the role sits within a larger function led by the Chief Communications Officer (CCO).

Your Impact

Strategic Communications: Craft and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support our business needs and government affairs objectives. This includes drafting press releases, op-eds, and other public statements.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content, including speeches, articles, reports, LinkedIn posts, that effectively communicate our Positions and policies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our strategic goals.
Media Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists. Proactively pitch stories and respond to media inquiries to ensure positive coverage of our initiatives.
Monitoring and Analysis: Keep abreast of relevant political developments in Europe and other regions to analyse their impact on our organization. Provide regular updates and strategic advice for senior management.
Leadership Communications: Supports with coordination and logistics of various activities related to the Executive Chairman/CEO and other senior executives to deliver on leadership communications programmes and events.
Support other aspects of the broader Communications function including issues and crisis management and internal communications for senior leadership.

Your Journey so far

Native-level English, other European languages are an advantage;
Confident, competitive communications professional with 10 years’ plus experience
Experience working for a global or European organization or industry that is subject to stringent regulations and legislation is a strong benefit.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Strong understanding of European media, political systems and institutions.
Proven ability to develop and maintain media and stakeholder relationships.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
This role includes frequent travel for events and other communications activities.

Your Essentials
