Développeur Full-stack IA/ML & Reporting Designer

Rejoignez le département Technology & Operations de Lombard Odier au sein de l'équipe Content and Communications, responsable de la plateforme de gestion de contenu et de la production/distribution des documents clients et partenaires.

Nous recherchons un développeur Full-stack IA/ML et Reporting Designer afin de participer au développement de notre nouvelle plateforme technologique bancaire qui est également mise à disPosition d'autres banques privées suisses et européennes.

Intégré(e) aux équipes produits, vous apporterez une expertise à l'intersection des LLM et de l'ingénierie logicielle appliquées à la finance : recherche documentaire augmentée (RAG), orchestration et optimisation d'inférence (on‐prem/cloud), intégration des modèles dans les parcours front‐office, et automatisation du reporting en production. Vous industrialiserez la génération et la personnalisation des documents via la suite Quadient Inspire (templates, composants, workflows et publication), en garantissant la qualité, la traçabilité et l'auditabilité de bout en bout. Vous évoluerez au sein d'une organisation agile, proche des utilisateurs finaux et du métier, au contact de technologies modernes et éprouvées.
