Votre mission :

Scope of Work
· Development of a comprehensive online event concept including technical requirements, process design and best practices.
· Expansion and optimization of the lead funnel and customer journey, including adjustments in Magnolia CMS and CRM optimization in BSI.
· Development and execution of a targeted marketing and communication strategy to promote events effectively. Creation of social media content, newsletters and promotional materials. KPI definition,
tracking and performance optimization are part of the mandate.
· Optimization of pre production including invite journey, trailers and clips.
· Post production including replays and strengthened call to action elements.
· Professional event execution including storyboard preparation, presentation materials, video inserts and training of internal presenters.
· Technical staging and establishment of a plug and play standard covering sound, video, platform and interaction formats. This includes Microsoft Teams optimization, camera and audio quality
enhancement, breakout structure improvement, chat management and interactive tools such as Menti.
· Structured handover including documentation, training materials and a final report to ensure full internal ownership.

Votre profil :

Required Profile
· Strong digital marketing expertise is mandatory. Proven experience in content marketing, social media and email marketing, ideally in webinar or virtual event environments.
· Hands on experience with Microsoft Teams is required.
· Experience with CMS systems such as Magnolia and CRM systems such as BSI is required.
· Experience with marketing automation tools and solid understanding of SEO and web analytics including KPI driven optimization.
· Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross functional teams including IT, marketing, design and sales.
· Excellent communication skills and strong storytelling capabilities.
· Fluent German is mandatory and good English skills are required.

Finders is mandated by a leading Swiss bank to identify an experienced Digital Event Manager for a strategic contract project in the area of remote advisory solutions.
This is a hands on assignment with clearly defined deliverables. The selected professional will support the internal team for an initial period of three months and establish a scalable, sustainable, plug and play event setup that can be independently operated after project completion.
Project Objective
Design, professionalize and scale virtual client events while strengthening lead generation, customer engagement and sales performance.
