Your tasks

Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
Taking on tasks as a nursing contact person
Responsibility and management of the nursing process for assigned guests, including RAI nursing needs assessment
Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
Planning and acUnternehmening medical visits
Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
Leading case discussions and nursing reports
Taking on tasks as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)

A warm and humorous basic attitude
Enjoyment of diverse challenges
Good German language skills, spoken and written
