- Act as global system owner for SAP SuccessFactors, including hands‑on configuration (e.g., workflows, business rules, permissions, data models, releases).
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and scalable technical solutions.
- Manage system enhancements, quarterly releases, testing cycles, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, documentation standards, and compliance.
- Oversee integration points and the broader HR tech landscape (e.g., time management tools).
- Lead complex HR transformation projects end‑to‑end — beyond system implementation (process redesign, operating model evolution, governance structures).
- Apply structured, consulting‑style methodologies (analysis, stakeholder mapping, business case, roadmap definition).
- Manage senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and external partners.
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget in a fast‑paced international environment.
Strategic HR Advisory & Change Enablement
- Act as sparring partner to HR leadership on system strategy and digital roadmap.
- Identify optimization opportunities and scalable process improvements.
- Lead change management and user enablement initiatives.
- Deliver structured training and ensure sustainable adoption of solutions.
Required Profile
- 3–6+ years of experience in HR digital transformation, HRIS management, or HR consulting.
- Demonstrated track record of leading larger HR projects end‑to‑end (not limited to system implementations).
- Experience in consulting environments (Big 4 or similar) strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and structuring skills with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to operate independently in a standalone role with global responsibility.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and HR operating models.
