Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into high-quality technological solutions.
This role requires strong experience in international organizations, exposure to global environments, and a solid background working within Agile delivery frameworks.
Collaborate with global business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Support the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business objectives
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and validate delivered solutions against business expectations
Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and contribute to quality assurance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and IT solutions
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst (typically 5+ years)
Strong experience working in international companies, with exposure to global and multicultural environments
Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with requirements management tools ( , JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and integration concepts
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
