Nursing Aideto join their team. In this role, you will be the backbone of patient care delivery, ensuring that the clinical environment is safe, clean, and organized. Your Responsibilities...- You will provide support to Nurses and Doctors during patient care.
- You will ensure that patients are comfortable and ready for procedures.
- You will monitor patients' conditions during your shift and promptly report any changes, concerns, or unusual observations to the supervising nurse.
- You will maintain the cleanliness, and organization of all clinical and patient care areas.
- You will provide support during patient discharge and follow-up processes.
- You will perform other duties as assigned by the nursing or clinical team.
To be considered for this role you should have...- A minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/WASSCE/NECO).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical, hospital, or similar patient care support setting.
- Additional certification in healthcare or nursing assistance is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work structured hours, including weekend and public holiday shifts.
