Are you adept at designing, developing, and implementing software solutions from small components, to entire applications? Do you know how to work effectively with numerous stakeholders to improve our application landscape?
We are looking for an expert Tech Software Engineer to work closely with our clients ABAP Engineering team with excellent know-how of SAPs ABAP programming language and profound HANA database knowledge. As a Tech Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining a large z/OS mainframe-based application portfolio, consisting of batch and online services, which plays a crucial role in our day-to-day operation. The current mainframe z/OS-centric setup is seeing a fundamental change in the Weiter years, as our client are heading towards a cloud-based setup, which gives you the chance to be part of this transition and its challenges from the very Erste moment.

Responsibilities
Engage in full cycle software development including requirements, design, implementation, and support of systems used by our business partners
Work closely with the business and technology partners to design best-in-class solutions and drive their implementation
Develop and deliver high quality software for the Cash Accounting & Client Cash Management area and its projects
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a development & analytical role
Comprehensive experience in the ABAP development with SAP systems, in particular Banking Services 9.0 or preferably with S/4 HANA Transactional Banking
In-depth understanding of and hands-on experience with OO ABAP, ABAP CDS view, BADIs/BAPIs, User Exits/enhancements, workflow
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve software defects and issues
Proficient communication skill in English is mandatory, German language skill is a significant advantage
Nice to have
Experience in Banking Services 9.0 or preferably with S/4 HANA Transactional Banking
Experience in FS-AM Module
Background in S/4 HANA performance tuning
Hands-on-experience in Custom Code Migration from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA
Experience in S/4 HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementation
S/4 HANA knowledge on the AZURE Cloud Platform
