Park Brown are supporting an award winning, venture-backed fintech Unternehmen in the search for a Senior B2B Sales Manager to join its growing commercial team. The Unternehmen is building Weiter-generation infrastructure designed to modernise how organisations manage large-scale global payouts to networks of partners, creators, contractors, and vendors.

Their platform brings together payment orchestration, digital asset settlement, automated compliance processes, and treasury optimisation into a unified operating layer designed for finance teams managing complex, high-volume payouts.

This role represents an opportunity to join a small, highly technical founding team, with significant scope to influence the development of the Unternehmen’s commercial strategy and sales operations.

The Opportunity

The business has already developed strong market traction and built a meaningful pipeline of enterprise opportunities across sectors including digital platforms, media distribution, and royalty management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in converting existing opportunities while helping establish a scalable enterprise sales function as the Unternehmen expands across European markets.

Working closely with the founding team and product organisation, you will engage directly with senior financial decision-makers responsible for complex payout and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise sales engagements with organisations managing large-scale global payout operations
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders including CFOs, finance leaders, and treasury teams
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple internal decision-makers
  • Work closely with internal product and engineering teams during solution design and onboarding phases
  • Contribute to the development of the Unternehmen’s go-to-market strategy, sales processes, and pipeline development
Candidate Profile

We are interested in speaking with candidates who bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within fintech, payments infrastructure, or financial SaaS
  • Experience selling solutions to finance leaders such as CFOs, treasury teams, or finance operations leaders
  • A strong understanding of challenges related to global payments, reconciliation, or financial operations
  • A track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in early-stage, high-growth environments
Additional advantages
  • Experience working with financial infrastructure or regulated financial products
  • Exposure to European enterprise markets
  • German language skills would be beneficial but are not essential
