Were now looking for an exceptional Founder Associate to join us at this pivotal early-growth stage. Youll work on high-impact initiatives that touch fundraising, strategy, analytics, and product - and be at the center of building one of Europes most exciting people-tech startups.

If youve just completed your studies, already supported a startup through a successful fundraising phase, or gained firsthand experience in VC - and youre ready to move fast, think boldly, and execute relentlessly - we want to hear from you.

• Immediate Impact: Youll be at the heart of our strategic engine, driving critical projects and shaping our trajectory from day one.

• Craft compelling investor updates, pitch materials, and fundraising narratives

• Dive into financial models and data to inform key decisions

• Conduct deep research into competitors, markets, and potential partners

• Own special projects - from first idea to execution - and push them forward independently

• Collaborate with founders and leadership to build the internal playbook for scale

• Youve either: Just wrapped up your university degree with flying colors, or worked at a VC, or accompanied a startup through a successful fundraising journey as a Founder Associate

• Youre analytical, intellectually curious, and have a natural drive to make things better

• You thrive in fast-paced environments and love figuring things out independently

• Youre structured, proactive, and communicate clearly — both in English and German

• You bring strong writing, research, and number-crunching skills to the table

• You move fast, think sharp, and never settle for average
