OBJECTIF DU POSTE:

Manipulation et traitement dexpéditions sensibles au temps et à la température par voie aérienne et routière.

RESPONSABELSTES:

Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de:

Gérer de manière autonome les expéditions dimportation et dexportation par voie aérienne et routière, en veillant au respect des délais et au traitement informatisé des expéditions.

Lobtention et la vérification des documents nécessaires à lexportation (permis, etc.)

La préparation des documents relatifs au fret aérien

Préparation de lexportation ou du dédouanement électronique dans le système de données

La réservation des envois auprès des compagnies aériennes ;

Le contrôle et létiquetage des envois à la succursale et leur préparation pour le transport ultérieur ;

La gestion inverse des emballages consignés et leur positionnement en temps voulu à lendroit requis ;

Participer aux formations internes et externes et respecter les délais dans loutil en ligne.

POSTE DE SUPERVISEUR:

OPS Supervisor, , en outre OPS/CS Manager

LES EXIGENCES EN MATIÈRE DEXPÉRIENCE ET DE FORMATION:

• Formation commerciale ou équivalente dans le secteur du fret aérien.

• Première expérience dans une entreprise internationale et opérationnelle de fret aérien

• Ou expérience dans un poste comparable

• Très bonne connaissance du français (parlé et écrit) et maîtrise du style.

• Connaissance avancée de langlais (min. niveau B2)

• Utilisation sûre des produits MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).)

• Un travail structuré, précis et efficace

• Un haut niveau dengagement et une volonté inébranlable de qualité

• Apparence soignée et comportement impeccable.
