English Department Student Assistant Social Media 10 % Start of employment is 1 July 2025, temporary

The English Department of the University of Zurich invites applications for a student assistantship (10%) in social media to start on 1 July 2025, for six months, with the possibility of extension. The English Department has several social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn) and is looking for a student assistant to support the production of material for those channels.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate the social media management with the program coordinator and the study abroad coordinator
• Gather information on teaching, events, and research from the members of the English Department
• Produce content for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels

Your profile

• Student at UZH, preferably at the English Department
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1)
• Experience in social media management (writing, video editing, Canva or similar tool)
