Technical Collaborator 70%
Your mission:Within the technical office of the City of Payerne, you will ensure the administrative and technical processing of construction files and support the various stakeholders in their procedures. You will ensure the compliance of projects and guarantee adherence to the procedures and legal frameworks in force.
Main responsibilities:- Monitor and technically process construction files- Verify the compliance of projects with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions- Conduct on-site compliance checks and participate in site opening meetings- Inform companies, owners, and citizens about municipal and cantonal procedures
Desired profile:- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a draughtsperson specialising in architecture, commercial employee with project management experience, or equivalent training- Strong interest in spatial planning and construction law- Previous experience in a technical office or within a municipal service is an advantage- Category B driving licence- Good knowledge of standards and regulations in the relevant field- Knowledge and mastery of administrative procedures
