As a company scaling rapidly, we are managing numerous projects simultaneously — includingpartner and customer integrations, product releases, marketing campaigns, event sponsorships, hiring initiatives, operational activities, and strategic travel. To deliver these successfully, Kredete needs adedicated Project Managerwho can bring structure, alignment, and accountability across the organization.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be thecentral driver of execution across all functions at Kredete. You will be responsible forplanning, coordinating, tracking, and reporting projects and activities across the company, ensuring they are deliveredon time, within budget, and aligned to business priorities.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in afast-paced, cross-functional startup environment. You will work closely with leadership and every team —engineering, product, design, marketing, finance, HR, compliance, and external partners— to ensure the company achieves its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Setup

  • Develop detailedproject plansfor every initiative (integrations, campaigns, events, hiring, product releases, travels, sponsorships).
  • Definetimelines, budgets, manpower, and resourcesneeded for execution.
  • Setdependencies and precedents, ensuring cross-team coordination to avoid delays.
  • Build and maintain acompany-wide roadmap, cutting across all quarters and teams.

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Manage the fullproject life cycle— initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Track and managemultiple concurrent projectsacross all business units.
  • Use project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Jira) to organize and monitor execution.
  • Drivepartner integrations, customer onboarding, and product releasesto completion.
  • Overseemarketing campaigns, event sponsorships, and operational activitiesensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Trackhiring and recruitment projects, ensuring positions are filled on time and aligned with manpower plans.

Tracking, Reporting & Communication

  • Track every project, action, and activity, ensuringnothing falls through the cracks.
  • Provideweekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reportson progress, risks, delays, and blockers.
  • Maintaindetailed project documentationfor visibility across teams.
  • Presentstatus reports and updatesto senior management.
  • Facilitateclear communication between internal teams and external partners/clients.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Negotiate priorities, Identify potential risks, anddevelop mitigation strategiesto avoid impact on deliverables.
  • Monitor risks throughout the project and adjust plans as needed.
  • Conductregular project reviews and retrospectivesto identify lessons learned.
  • Continuously improveproject processes, workflows, and toolsto boost efficiency.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Track project expenses and ensurecost-effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate with finance to align budgets and approvals.
  • Adjust allocations where necessary to avoid overruns.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work with leadership and all team heads to ensure each knows their role in ongoing projects.
  • Facilitate alignment and accountability across engineering, product, design, finance, marketing, compliance, and HR.
  • Serve as theexecution bridgebetween strategy (leadership goals) and operations (team deliverables).

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8+ years of project management or program management experience, preferably incompanies that build and ship software products(fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven).
  • Proven ability to managemultiple complex, concurrent projects.
  • Strong expertise withproject management tools(ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Trello, Jira).
  • Experience incross-functional leadership, coordinating diverse teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting to leadership.
  • Experience withbudgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning.
  • Familiarity withagile methodologiesand iterative delivery frameworks.
  • Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) are an advantage but not required.

  • Strong leadership andinfluence without authorityskills to drive execution across teams.
  • Ability to managecompany-wide hiring goals and recruitment projectsas part of execution planning.
  • Experience managingintegrations, product launches, client onboarding, and marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled inreporting, documentation, and communicationfor visibility across stakeholders.
  • Proficiency inroadmap and dependency managementfor multi-stream projects.
  • High adaptability to managefast-paced, dynamic startup environmentswith competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk-mitigation abilities.
  • Ability to maintainattention to detail while managing multiple moving pieces.
