Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-driven Sales Associate to join our Lagos team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging clients in-store and online, and representing the Fluidé brand with professionalism and passion.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Lagos showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to walk-in clients at the Lagos showroom.
Drive sales across multiple channels (in-store, calls, Instagram, and WhatsApp).
Follow up with prospective clients to close transactions and build lasting relationships.
Manage product displays, ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.
Share thank-you messages and maintain client engagement for repeat sales.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide weekly reports to the Branch Manager.
Support brand activation efforts, including exhibitions, events, and hotel visitations.
Collaborate with the Sales Lead on strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Point of Sale Systems, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp for Business.
Social media awareness and the ability to engage clients online.
Passionate about customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Flexible to work on weekends and during special brand events.
