Intern I Venezuela

Intern I Venezuela Country: Switzerland Assist the Front Office team of Banco Santander International S.A. in the daily business as usual. You will be giving support on service tasks in a well-organized and timely way, learning about the needs of the bankers and the clients. You will be doing of the following tasks: 1. Customer service, helping on:
  • Provide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance matters
  • Monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up
  • Checking balance positions, loans, transfers, etc.
  • Addressing request for payment instructions
  • Process applications and inquiries related to Credit/Debit Cards
2. Operations and Back Office, supporting on:
  • Ensure close collaboration with various departments including Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments and back office.
  • Monitoring and verifying that all the transactions requested have been completed/processed by the operations department.
  • FX transactions and wire transfers management
  • New accounts and Updates
  • Prepare documentation and assistance to Bankers and other members of Front Office Team.
Profile
  • Current student, recent graduate or young professional (Banking/Business Administration or similar)
  • Knowledge and interest in financial markets and private banking
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Portuguese and French will be highly valued.
  • Good use of Office tools.
  • Good planning and organizational skills/problem-solving approach.
  • Dynamic, pro-active and capable of completing tasks in an independent manner.
  • Adaptable, personable team player with “can-do” attitude and great interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork and team spirit focused.
  • Eager to learn.
Requirements
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland.
  • To be currently enrolled in a University/Study Centre.
