Security Supervisor

Due to a replacement, we are now hiring Security Supervisor for our security teams at our Swiss Sites. You will be mainly located in Galgenen, Switzerland.

Job Description: In this role, you will assist, support, and back the Security Manager Switzerland to ensure the security of the ELC sites in Switzerland (excluding the Switzerland affiliate). You will protect the organizations employees, properties, and all items of value from any preventable harm or danger, adhering to the framework of ELC Corporate policies and procedures.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all Estee Lauder premises in Lachen, Galgenen, Wohlen B&D, Wollerau, and Zurich, as well as external warehouses (when required), have adequate 24/7 security.
• Responsible for the Known Shipper (KS) program: Create and keep all BAZL documents and “BAZL Sicherheitsprogramm” for all DCs up to date, create and give KS trainings, ensure that all BAZL regulations are being followed.
• Supervision of the security staff in the different locations.
• Providing systematic supervision of the facilities: Approve guard force rosters, monitor guard force performance, and resolve queries.
• Ensuring that the security team provides appropriate services that always meet and exceed all customer expectations.
• Ensuring that security policies, procedures, and guidelines on site are maintained and applied in accordance with corporate and local security best practices.
• Improving/upgrading existing procedures and draft new ones when needed.
• Providing the right level of security guidance, knowledge, and support to the Security Manager Switzerland.
• Conducting or support security investigations when needed.
• Reporting to the Security Manager Switzerland any discrepancies or incidents related to Supply Chain or TRWW.
• Preventing and minimizing losses of stored goods and goods in transit.
• On request and/or in the absence of the security manager, conduct in-country security audits.

• Certification or Bachelor`s degree in applied science
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field International accepted certification in a security related field.
• ASIS, IFPO, SIRA or equivalent would be an asset.
• BAZL Sicherheitverantwortlichen certification preferred.
• A driver`s licence is a must
• Fluent German and English skills (written/spoken)
• Communication skills with a good telephone / written manner and the ability to liaise with all levels of management.

• Able to travel in the country on demand and at short notice
• Available for night shifts, weekend shifts and off-shifts when required
