Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. This position involves working from our office in Lekki with some work from home flexibility. The specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, customer service, executing marketing campaigns, and training sales teams. They will also develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage relationships with clients.

• Identify potential clients, build and maintain strong client relationships, and expand the client portfolio.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's media production services and achieve revenue goals.
• Create tailored advertising proposals, presentations, and package deals that highlight the unique value of the company's media offerings.
• Present media packages and services to clients, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Work closely with internal production, creative, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of client campaigns and projects.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and market trends, as well as to analyze competitor activities and pricing.
• Track and report on sales performance, campaign success, and client feedback to internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
